Brass Titan, LLC has recently been involved with the sales or management of condominium and other commercial and residential developments such as: Boulevard of Oakland, Allen Pointe Condominium, Harbor Club North, Crossings of Ann Arbor, East Bay Country Club (Florida), Sabal Trace Golf Course (Florida), Donner Meadows Condominium, Windemere Commons, Normandy Oaks, Princeton Square, Sylvan Lake, Birmingham Court of Troy, Sterling Pointe II Condominium and the Summit Apartments.
Peter C. Cubba is a 1988 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1991 graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor. Mr. Cubba is the manager of Brass Titan, LLC and has had a Michigan Real Estate Broker’s License since 1996. Also, as an appointee of Governor John J. Engler, he served as a member of the State Board of Real Estate Appraisers from 1997 to 2005.
With the real estate industry remaining a constantly changing variable in the lives of consumers, Brass Titan aims to offer a stable and unchanging opportunity for the condominium market. Though still a new name in the real estate industry, Brass Titan will prove to offer thorough and refreshing solutions to multiple aspects of the real estate and property management arena.
